65 years upper age limit for appointment as a

judge of Supreme Court (Article 124)

Attorney General ( Article 76 (1))

Comptroller General ( Article 148)

62 years upper age limit for appointment as a

judge of High court ( Article 141)

Advocate General ( Article 165)

35 years minimum age for election to the post of

30 year minimum age for election of

MP (Rajya Sabha)

21 years minimum marriageable age for

 a female.

14 years minimum age limit for employment in

a factory

For 6 to 14 years of age
